All toolkitsMenstrual health education is pivotal for young people feel empowered in their bodies. From knowing the correct terminology of body parts to discovering what options are available for menstrual products, this toolkit is a valuable educational resource.
This toolkit aims to empower young people with accurate knowledge and about their bodies and menstrual health. We’re passionate about improving the education of what a ‘normal’ menstrual cycle is and isn’t, and how access support.
Designed to be accessible in educational settings, our U18’s Menstrual Health Toolkit provides essential information for young people. Some of the topics we dive into are menstrual cycles, period products, contraception, menstrual health conditions, infections, and how to recognise normal menstrual patterns.

Rhai o’r pynciau rydyn ni’n plymio iddyn nhw yw cylchoedd mislif, cynhyrchion mislif, atal cenhedlu, cyflyrau iechyd mislif, heintiau, a sut i adnabod patrymau mislif arferol.
All of our toolkits are free to download in PDF form, where you can keep a copy on your devices or print off at home for use. Alternatively, we do also have physical paper copies of the toolkits, available in both English and Welsh. Please email: hello@menstrualhealthproject.org.uk to request a copy.
