Refund & Returns Policy

No Refunds or Returns

Due to the nature of our charitable organisation and the items offered in our online shop, we are unable to provide refunds or returns for any purchases. All sales are final.

Please carefully review the item description and images before making a purchase. If you have any questions about a product, please contact us before placing your order.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@menstrualhealthproject.org.uk

Shipping returns

If we have agreed to return & replace your product, we will send you the address to post it to.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
