Find the Right Support

We proudly offer menstrual health sessions for schools and workplaces, shining a light on everything you should have been taught about menstrual health.

Busting myths and taboos, Menstrual Health Project (MHP) can run in-person or online sessions for employees and students alike, tailoring the subject content appropriately.

Whether you’re hoping to gain a better insight into certain menstrual health conditions like adenomyosis and polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), or hear real patient insights, MHP can personalise your session to your organisation’s needs.

We are passionate about bridging the gap between patient and professional, ensuring patients feel empowered with knowledge backed by our Medical Advisory Board.

A Journey of Endometriosis – Expert Online Panel Event

As part of Endometriosis Awareness Month, we hosted an online expert panel event with our Medical Advisory Board about the journey and multi-faceted nature of endometriosis.

Our aim was to provide people with actionable information for whatever stage of their journey with endometriosis, from seeking a diagnosis and being newly diagnosed, to having a diagnosis or just being curious. What a huge success it was!

Testimonials

“Just wanted to say a big thank you to both for coming to speak to the Psychology students at the University of Warwick. The session was really informative, and it was great to see students and staff come to listen to your talk, and if it helps just one person to gain the knowledge and help that they need then it was worth it. I am hoping that it started discussions after they went away (I know it did in our office) and that they went home to talk to their friends and family too. I left the leaflets out in our student common room, hoping that others who see these, pick them up and read them. I am sure that the department would love to have you visit again next year.”

“I was on my own on the day so struggled to get many photos, however I have NO toolkits left, nothing, aside from a few WM copies, they were incredibly popular, both the Endo one and the menstrual health one, the girls seemed really keen and the health and well-being team at the collage also took a couple to have at their hub. I left a few of your cards with them too so they can reach out to you as they have a huge menstrual health positive campaign they are pushing.”

“The Menstrual Health Project talk was really engaging and informative, covering such a broad range of topics and conditions (some that I’d never even known about before!). I particularly liked their toolkits – the under 18s toolkit would have been so valuable when I was a teenager. It’s great that these kind of resources are out there now and the Menstrual Health Project are tackling the stigma and taboo around such an important topic.”

“I attended a session with Gabz and it was really useful and interesting. Gabz was clear and informative but also open and honest which made the session feel more relatable.

I already knew some bits about menstrual health but this was a great overview that gave me a good understanding of what people of all ages can experience and also gave me the knowledge to support others, which is especially useful in my role as I work with young people.

This topic is so important as it can affect so many people, and without a good understanding people of all ages can suffer unnecessarily as they don’t know what help they might be able to get, so spreading awareness and sessions like this are so vital. I found the advice around how to ask for help, both from your GP and at work especially valuable. Everyone should know more about this!”

“Today’s session with the founders of the Menstrual Health Project was incredibly informative, enlightening and devastating. I’m grateful for what they are doing to bring more awareness to menstrual health challenges and providing toolkits to women who are suffering and may not have the support system or resources to get the help they need and deserve.”

“I thought your talk at DHL Rugby on 27/09/24 was so powerful and moving. You’re both amazing strong women. Thank you for all the work you’re doing.”

“So pleased awareness is growing around these subjects.  I recognised so much of Anna and Gabz experiences from my own family’s endometriosis experience.”

“Grateful and impressed that this topic has been brought to a team meeting, thank you.”

“I was very ignorant of many of the topics raised during this session and am appreciative to time having been made to shine a big light on them.  I cannot believe just how much these two women and many more out there have been through and continue to go through.”
